You can cancel you account at any time directly from your client zone. We do not accept telephone or email cancellations for security reason. If you can't access your client zone, our support team will help you recover your login credentials. Once you account is cancelled, you will still have access to your streaming service until the end of the period for which you subscribed but it won't be renewed. No credit or refund is possible even if you don't use your stream.

I cancel my Shoutcast 2, 3 days after I purchase it, it stated I would receive a $48.00 refund, So you have a right to keep my money? it been over a month since the request was made.Is this how you do business?

You should clearly state that there is not refund on the purchase page or product information - and YOU DID NOT. It's unfair trading. I have rights to protect when i buy goods and services. This means I have rights by law. The Distance Selling Regulations when buying products from a distance:
'..... When you place an order, the seller becomes obliged by law to provide further information in a durable medium, such as in writing or by email. This must include details of how to exercise any right to cancel, and who is responsible for the cost of returning goods. If the seller has already provided this information, it doesn't need to do so again....'
