What is the Support Policy for Spacial Software?

There are a variety of support options available however, all support requests MUST be received as a Helpdesk ticket at http://support.spacial.com.

From January 1^st 2015, support for SAM Broadcaster v4.x, SAM DJ v4.x, SAM Cast v3.x and older software versions is no longer available however, license activation assistance only will remain available.

Helpdesk Support is available to all customers with the current software version as well as the previous software version.

Remote Support assistance is available to all customers with a current software subscription.

Telephone Support assistance is also available to all customers with a current software subscription however, this is outbound only i.e. we call you.
