Occasionally, when a DJ has troubles connecting, they might frequently try to connect and disconnect rapidly. Unfortunately, this can cause issues which can easily be resolved by stopping the station for 60-seconds and then restarting the station.
If any station DJs are able to connect but some DJs cannot then the issue is likely to be with the computer or Internet connection for the DJs unable to connect. We would recommend ensuring SAM Broadcaster Live-DJ can pass through the computer firewall in both directions and on all network types.
